The Delegate of Tourism in Holguin offered a detailed information with the help of two promotional videos of Holguin destination and its major markets, as well as for being the guarantor of this industry for the provinces of the Cuban East.
He explained about the facilities, services, and its link with nature and health, and Holguín as a bridge for tourism in the eastern region of Cuba.
With the marked interest of expanding the knowledge on the socioeconomic development of Holguin, the director of the Padit Platform (Management and Planning of Integral Development), Neivis Moreno, reported on this development plan and the benefits of international collaboration, for which the United Kingdom is invited.
The British diplomat explained that his country has voted at the United Nations against the US blockade against Cuba, considering that it causes great harm to the Cuban people.
At the same time, he acknowledged that the measures adopted by former President Donald Trump hinder foreign investment in Cuba, especially in the financial area, that is why, he explained, it is very complex to invite the business community of his country in this regard.
Even so, the Holguin side expressed the position of open doors to anyone who dares to find in Cuba the niches to invest, as in Holguin, a fertile and virgin land at their disposal, as explained by representatives of Foreign Trade, the Padit Platform, the Chamber of Commerce and the Provincial Delegation of Tourism.
