The Provincial Company of Road Maintenance and Construction of Holguín that is identified with the Code REEUP No. 321.1.07781, was created by the Resolution No. 270 of October 16, 2018 of the Ministry of Economy and Planning to the Council of the Provincial Administration of the Peopl's Power of Holguín. Initially, it is made up of three Basic Business Units.
