In the specific case of the province of Holguín, it was decided to take the following measures:

    To give vitality to the Directorate Centers all day long.

    Economic tasks should not stop.

    Review and adjust the Plans at all levels.

    The Municipal Assemblies, together with the mass organizations, will interact and carry out the measures in the community.

    The food subgroup complies with the indications related to the sale and distribution of food to the population and defines feeding for the isolation centers.

As far as possible, do not resort to workers' interruptions, therefore, coordination with Agriculture and Azcuba sugar business groups should be made to define the possible activities to be carried out.

   To have Education and Transport coordinate the students' return to their homes, together with the Ministry of Interior, to ensure safety transfer.

    Education and Higher Education should create safety conditions for foreign students.

    Commerce and Palmares business group ensure meal selling premises in the isolation centers.

    Transport ensures light trolleys in the isolation centers and organizes internal transport in the province.

    Tourism organizes visits to the houses for rent and the mass organizations should work with the families these.

    Energy group should update the existence of fuel in the province.

    The Provincial Defense Committee meeting is held every day at 8:30 pm except Tuesday, at 7:00 pm and Saturday at 1:00 pm.

    Health ensures that all the personnel working with the isolated people get properly trained.

    To keep communication between the Government Management Office and the isolation centers.

    Transportation ensures a talking car for the members of the Political Ideological Group to spread Information on the streets.

    The Government guarantees taking street people to safe places.

    Construction ensures the maintenance and repair of the isolation centers.
