General informationThe Provincial Directorate of Labor and Social Security (DPTSS) of Holguín is a Budget Unit that is administratively subordinated to the Council of the Provincial Administration and responds methodologically to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. Its purpose is to advise and control the policies related to Employment (State and Non-State), Salary, Labor Justice, Safety and Health at Work, as well as in a differentiated way Prevention, Assistance and Social Work, with a Provincial Directorate and 14 Municipal Directorates.
