A meeting to assess the economic situation of the province of Holguin was held under the leadership of Yunia Perez Hernandez, Deputy Governor, through a videoconference system with the 14 municipalities.
The Cuban province of Holguin lived day 48 without having confirmed cases of Covid-19, has informed Dr. Yanelis Calviño, head of the Position of Direction of the Provincial Health System, in a press conference held at the seat of the Provincial Government.
The province of Holguin has reached today 50 days without confirming cases of Covid-19, according to Dr. Yanelis Calviño Vega, head of the Provincial Health Department, during a press conference at the Provincial Government headquarters.
NATIONAL SITUATION
Confirmed cases: 2 280 / June 17th, 2020.
Patients in hospitals: 195 persons, out of which 190 go clinically stable (97,4 %), one case reported in critical condition and four are seriously ill.
Recovered patients: 1 999 (87,7 %).
Deceased persons: 84.
