As part of the check-up to the implementation of the Ordinance Task in Holguin, the organizations linked to the subject, led by vice governor Yunia Perez Hernandez, met this afternoon.

The meeting was attended by the 14 Holguin municipalities through the videoconference system, where the price list for sport facilities, as well as Education and Culture was evaluated, to be later presented to the top political and governmental authorities of the province and submitted for approval.

"I think we still need to reevaluate the entrance fees to museums and centers, since we want to encourage visits and knowledge", said Alberto Leyva Rojas, coordinator for the Economy Programs in the Government.

"We have reviewed a group of prices and it seems to us that some are not in accordance with what is desired. We are going to send the list to each municipality again so that they can send us their opinions, so that next Tuesday we will have an adjusted list and present it to the highest authorities of the province", said the vice-governor.

On her part, Maria Elena Consuegra, director of Labor in Holguin, referred to the advance of one thousand pesos to the people who requested it because they enjoyed their vacations in December or for other reasons. "We have oriented that the offers are not fixed, and people have the right to know the folowing day's menu to know whether or not to make their purchase. It would also be good to review the prices, since we noticed that there are still some that are not in accordance with what we want, since our policy is to lower them to protect the economy of those who benefit from this service", she pointed out.

In this regard, the head of Finance and Prices in Holguin, presented the list with the value of the offers for the SAF restaurants, the school lunch and the construction materials, after analysis with the municipal authorities, which will be submitted for approval soon for its disclosure.

Already in the conclusions, Yunia Perez Hernandez conveyed to the directorates of each municipality the need to evaluate the incidences with their Councils of Municipal Administrations, since many have their solutions in the territory itself.

"Nor can we allow that there are units without providing services because they do not know the approved prices, because each territory has its official list of prices", she said.

She pointed out the need to include in the municipal analyses the actions of the taxing bodies and the constancy and monitoring of the collection of fines, as well as the monitoring of the media so that the population knows how much is being done in the province to implement the Ordinance Task.
